It sounds like you want to take a passive approach rather than active (which most people on BP do).

Accepting Section 8 can be a great way to add stability and I have found success with this approach.

I think the best approach is whichever you are comfortable with.

It's also a low cost point so I'm fine with the little bit of shotgun approach to work through it.

A sometimes quicker cheaper alternative is the cash for keys approach.

@Timothy Lewis I appreciate the feed back & it seems like to me that there are both good and bad things that come when obtaining the license so I will have to keep that in mind when approaching it.
