But, as with everything don't lay all your eggs in 1 basket. try some other forms of advertisement, like Facebook, twitter, Instagram, craigslist, for example I don't have a lot of FB followers on my business page but, it get's me a lot of clicks to my website with a $5.00 boost campaign where I can collect data from buyers and sellers.

Fyi- Looked at this today. watch for severe sloping in floors which is structural if you look carefully in basement there are notched supports, big no-no, and foundational deterioration by basement stairs on W side of property.

It won't be pretty but it will be dry.The square footage of the house without the basement is 1700 sf.We are thinking a mini split for heating and cooling, but we weren't really going to go any further with the space because the comps in the area really don't support a price point too far above where we are going to end up with the current plan.
