This is my first question on the forum so I hope I'm adding it to the right category…I am partnering with my brother in law in purchasing and building a vacation rental house.

On top of all this my attorney was not at all responsive to any questions I had regarding the contract so I was forced to hand all this over to a new attorney who BTW has been phenomenal This was extension number one.

My goal is to buy up the block and surrounding blocks. 

He added a small patio room and roof caused a leak in the kitchen due to them putting vinyl floor title as shingles (A fix I had to pay for). 

Each day I have a "The One Thing" list: what to do with each of my flip properties (a phone call made, a contractors scheduled, etc.) and then my Realtor hat: search for properties to email my buyers, schedule an ad for my sellers, etc.

You paid $11,000 in state taxes, deducted $10,000 in 2018, and received a 1099-G for $1,000 (which will be added to your income next year). 

I haven't noticed too much attention on Vegas specifically here on BP, but turnkey is one of the most commonly discussed topics.I don't know much about Vagas but I've been around the turnkey block many many times.
