First, if you have a 401k matching, make sure you continue to contribute to that first.

If you expect to have growth in your salary, you would be Contributing more as your move up.Have you done what is your retirement need factoring your wage replacement ratio. 

You can, in a limited fashion, administer investments on behalf of the IRA, but may not do so for your own personal benefit or the benefit of lineal family.There is lots of good info here in the BP forums on the topic, and several providers who actively contribute. 

@Jessica Zolotorofe you seem to be very knowledgeable in this area lol but any other thoughts are welcomed.Thanks in advance to all contributions and appreciate your time. 

I've found even when I contributed more to the impound account to compensate for increases, the bank projects a shortfall and raises it anyway and then issues a refund which I find ridiculous.

We're going to work on increasing savings a bit by cutting expenses, but not at the cost of contributing less to retirement accounts or negating our savings for future vehicles which we plan to purchase in cash from here forward.

They have their own bank accounts and any addition addition by me is a capital contribution.

There are not a ton of rentals in the market and nothing else that is "new" like this, which contributes to the high occupancy but I'm curious if anyone knows this market or has experience here. 

Plus I don't touch my overtime at all.Hobbies include: Self growth, drifting my chevy v8 nissan 240sx, hockey, concerts, travel.Can't wait to educate myself so I can contribute to meet ups in a productive way.
