Saving for first duplex
I work at a property management software company and love it. I'm graduating with a BA in Management in the spring and want to get started on my own.
Currently living paycheck to paycheck as an undergrad but its holding me. What are some savings tips and things I should do to prepare to make an offer?

Scott Trench of BiggerPockets is a great resource on savings. He has a book (Set For Life) and I believe an entire BP podcast on it now.
Keep in mind that most of the time it's not the daily coffees and such that hit your savings capability the most. It's the leased items like how much your cat payment is, how much your mortgage or rent payment is. If you can cut your housing payment down by $100 (without increasing other expenses) that is where you get the most bang for your buck. Eliminating your car payment, another way. Plan to adapt your lifestyle for long term where you pay more cash and lease or finance less.
