I use a minimum of 15% CoC in south west Minneapolis for townhomes.

I am interested in getting into real estate, I like the Northern Virginia area but it is much too expensive to buy, but my family lives south of Houston and houses are dirt cheap.

The South Shore REIA in down by the Cape (Think they just changed locations so not sure exactly where now) and there is a meetup in Plymouth.

NO war zones you can send your child to any public school.. some are better but its not like it is in the South or in the bigger eastern cities were there are definite lines between what is considered good schools and what is not.
