The AppFolio app that is used to manage the rental property has overcharged beyond the legal 12%many times and the bookkeeping for historical payments from tenants has been doctored to show different amounts and to correct thelmistakes made by the online algorithm! 

On the othe hand, inventory remains a crucial concern, with the DFW area experiencing a low supply that doesnt meet buyer's demand.

Part of me thinks you should only be charged for legal work or legal research, and these short brief emails should just be included in that, but I could be wrong.Any responses are appreciated.Caleb
