It’s in a small military town so the competition is not very high.

Not really looking to become a landlord but wouldn't be opposed to doing some small flips.

Seems like the deal is almost two small for what I want to do or maybe I just dont understand how the various programs work. 

It needs a roof, electrical, and a few other small items and I don't think my traditional agent will bind coverage from what everyone is telling me.

Since both don't, if EMD is less than maximum small claims, just file suite in small claims.

I’m interested in small multi-family units both local and out of state. 

Luckily I landed a small job to offset some costs and I think it's very doable. 

There’s way too much money chasing a small number of deals.  

those are the ones with  large post counts and small votes ..then you have the ones that have way more votes than posts and those I think are the pretty sharp folks When EF HUTTON talks folks listen.. to me there is no rhyme or reason..
