I'd want to get all this info printed, with blank spaces & checkboxes, on little cards maybe 3x5 sized, and hand them out after shaking hands and introductions.

I love when people are referred to me for lending or for buying notes, it just never seems to work out for anyone involved when those people want a commission for the introduction!

I would love to meet and network with professionals in other areas of real estate investment, to find out if there are other types of investing I might like better.Thanks for taking the time to read my introduction.
