I would suggest consistently posting on Facebook groups both that are area/local real estate focused, and the larger ones..I would name them, but my post may get removed.

I've read up on a bunch of posts about insurance for flips but most of the answers were very specific to the individuals situation and I wasn't able to find the info I was looking for.I'm going to be buying my first flip soon and I don't plan on hiring a GC, only subs.

100% So many go givers and people around you wanting you to succeed also.Amazing that both this person and another person posted the SAME EXACT THING, both of them also their first posts here on BP.

I realize there are a lot of posts on this subject but I am looking for some current recommendations.

I posted this question but found out the answer already
