Property Management Software Question
I realize there are a lot of posts on this subject but I am looking for some current recommendations. I own 60-plus apartment units (that I will continue to add to) in the Boston area and I have one full time property manager. I am looking for the best and most cost effective software for the following needs:
-ACH rent payment and rent payment tracking
-Lease expiration tracking
-Maintenance costs by property
-Maintenance requests by tenants
-Document generation for a small amount of documents (lease amendments, late payment notice, etc.)
-Global email/texting capabilities to all tenants
-Credit bureau reporting for rent payments
I don't need the following from the software:
-Marketing of apartments for rent
-Lease generation
-Tenant screening
Any help would be appreciated.
-Brad
