Okay as a newbie also, I am a Licensed Realtor in Houston, Texas and wondering how does this work as I know it is as some say to be licensed to do wholesaling due to the discrepancy of the broker relationship issues.With that being said, how do you as a Realtor, find a seller, then assign to an investor without using any of my funds, and then closing and receiving an Assignment Fee and dealing with the Broker who holds your license?  

If there are any Investors in the Houston area, I would love to hear from you.

After 8 months, we're wondering if Houston's hot market is preventing us from finding the right property and starting to get discouraged.
