HI all! I'm new to Bigger Pockets, and the world of real estate investing.  I've been absorbing as much info as I can from the Bigger Pockets podcasts, and look forward to reading all of the wonderful insights in these forums.  If there are any Investors in the Houston area, I would love to hear from you.
