So as many of you are,I am very concerned with being honest and ethical. As a teacher and just a generally "OK"  person LOL,I feel you will always come out on top if you're honest.  Now, with that being said  if I find a great deal on a house that I want to sell to an investor  but decide to buy it first(  FOR example ,closing  two deals in the same day).  Would I need to have only a cash offer or could I qualify like anyone else would for a home purchase and then sell it?  Or would my offer have to be all cash ?
