In order to be truly successful you need to step outside your comfort zone, a lot of investors will feel the same as you but will do what it takes to open every door and seize every opportunity to learn and meet people that can help them succeed.

You can sell him on the fact that you find the deals, but other that, not sure what you would do or why he would need you.I work with several people on deals, I'm a contractor, but they either provide the funds or bring deals.  

Or if I changed the locks, and they kick the door in...would I have legal right to arrest them for trespassing, etc

It was a 1241 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with office area, fireplace and attached 2 car garage.

I feel like this would greatly effect who comes in the door but these properties are very affordable ranging from 105000-160000 and if it’s good to invest here I could potentially buy multi down the road.

I don't mind knocking on doors or making phone calls.

i would look into apartment houses/complex and buy as many doors as I could afford but that’s just me
