Pursue a Foreclosure

Hello! I was trying to pursue a foreclosure that came up in my neighborhood.  If the numbers are even close to what I saw on Trulia it would be a great investment (pending renovation).  Trulia Link on Property.

My real estate agent investigated and found this:

"Hi Ken, I spoke to Santander and their Loan Servicing Company – Bottom line, they said “when there’s a sign on the lawn, you’’ll know it’s for sale” that’s what they said to me. I can only tell you that I had another client last year who was pursuing the same Zillow situation “Pre-Foreclosure” notification on a house in Feasterville, and nothing ever came of it. So, I don’t know what is actually going on with this property."

Is there any other way to pursue this property or find out information? I don't mind knocking on doors or making phone calls.
