There is an enormous difference between credit card debt and "good debt" like that on a rental property... the type of debt that puts money in your pocket every month and lets you compound your earning capabilities. 

You can not predict if you will be forced to evict, chase tenants for repeated lates, excessive damage, lease violations etc.

We have various relationships to a network of property finders that have inudated us with more deals than we are capable of handling alone.

If you want to have more equity and pay the loan down faster, then make extra principal payments when you have excess funds.

The way I see it is, you aren't paying any upfront fees for our services so what does it really hurt for you to test our capabilities?

I'm having issues with VAs capabilities, training etc...with the lead generation (ie getting crappy leads and not having the  capabiility or experience to easily pre-screen low quality leads)  basically it's taking a lot of time to explain the system.  

We are experiencing heat wave right now in LA (and other areas in the state and in the country), where the A/Cs are not totally efficient. Some areas have even experienced power outage during the most part of the week...
