Need advice to find a motivated investor

Growing Property Management team looking for a Investor or Partner to assist with acquisition of various properties in Northern New Jersey, which we have picked up at significantly below their stated value. These properties require various levels of renovations, and can easily be fixed and put back on the market for quick discounted sales. We have various relationships to a network of property finders that have inudated us with more deals than we are capable of handling alone. Hope I did step over the line here
