There are a number of people that can pass math tests on paper, but they have no clue what the math means...or how to apply it.My first two questions to you are this:1 - How are you at doing complex proofs in Geometry?

I'm collecting bids for putting a steel structure over a parking lot in my newly acquired apartment complex, and thought the community might like to see some of the prices I've been quoted. 

The code inspector stated that I still need to have the violations corrected or he will send me a summons to appear in court.

Of course I asked him before if there was anything that could prevent sell he said no now he has to go to court because if these violations are not fixed on the property it could prevent it from being sold.

One of the owners responded and we have been able to negotiate a deal.  12 unit apartment complex; 6 two bedroom and 6 one bedroom units. 1960s, single story, slab construction, four sides brick, C condition, fully rented.  

I’m reading through “The Book On Rental Property Investing” by Brandon Turner and just came across a point where he said when he was 25 he bought a 24 unit apartment complex for $15k down with $550k seller financed.

Numerous assets such as complex farm irrigation equipment, silo systems, etc., that have extraordinarily high vales and common to nearly all CA farms are not "clearly" exempt which is why the farm groups are lining up against the proposal.

we have a few in process and if the tenant does not vacate at the end of the 30 days we will go to court. 

My goals: (I have them broken down more detailed if your interested please message me and I can explain further)- Own multiple rental properties (Eventually do a couple of flips here and there)- Own a couple of apartment complexes.- I want to grow a construction business to where I can work with others in the remodeling aspect as well (Personal Business)- Gain as much experience in this field so that I may utilize real estate as a financial freedom cart!

I started looking at single families, but i’m also looking at duplexes and 4 apartments complex.
