Hello everyone,

My name is Jermaine Riggs, I am a newbie in the Houston area. I don't have any real experience in real estate other than working in the construction field. I am currently going to the University of Houston to become a Construction Manager, I hope this site can give me guidance and expertise.

My goals: (I have them broken down more detailed if your interested please message me and I can explain further)

- Own multiple rental properties (Eventually do a couple of flips here and there)

- Own a couple of apartment complexes.

- I want to grow a construction business to where I can work with others in the remodeling aspect as well (Personal Business)

- Gain as much experience in this field so that I may utilize real estate as a financial freedom cart!

I am open to any advise in starting out and look forward to learning from you all.

Thank you all,
