I have an property under contract and an difficult seller
I have an property under contract the seller text me a week after the contract has been signed stating that he has violations from the city because of the upkeep of the property. Of course I asked him before if there was anything that could prevent sell he said no now he has to go to court because if these violations are not fixed on the property it could prevent it from being sold. Also he has asked for me not to enter the property until his Attorney views our contact. Is there anyway I can see if this is true? I asked him if I could speak with his attorney he has not responded I'm thinking he is trying to wing the contract out prolonging the process please help.
