We own two rentals now (one in Indianapolis and one in California) and we are under contract for a third (in North Carolina) which is a 4-plex and my wife owns a salon & spa in Indianapolis.

Hi maintenance bills are a dirty PMs method....IMO.I would look at that market and determine what you could sell this 4-plex for.
