Hi Everyone, Wow Bigger Pockets is great, but also a little overwhelming at the same time. So much information I can't take it in fast enough. I'm new to real estate investing, didn't think much about it 6 months ago, however I did buy a 4-plex back in August. I happened to hear the building was going up for sale and thought it sounded like a great deal. I learned a whole lot during the process, as well as the fact that I have a TON more to learn. I spent the first couple months remodeling 2 of the units, 1 was empty when I purchased the building and the other went empty as soon as I bought it. I have all 4 units occupied now and things are going good so far.

My goal is to find a successful investor I can learn from, while helping them anyway that I can. I want to buy my second property in the next 3 months, then ramp it up after that. My long term goal is to have a mix of smaller and large properties, most on my own and some with partners.

My immediate action with BP is to figure out which questions I need to ask, help others any way I can and link up with other like minded investors. Looking forward to meeting a lot of you out there.

Thanks, Rob
