Hey Nate,I'm currently working with US Bank and their American Dream Loan. $130K is assuming the other unit is being rented at $1000...but it can fluctuate depending on taxes and other things.

Sadly, most American's think about it but never do anything, only to end up relying on their family and the government.

This could make or break your deal.For English-speaking Americans it makes sense to invest where English is spoken and British common law is in effect.

I would recommend the Chase Sapphire and the American Express Starwood card.

In some cases, I'll counter at full-price, but I don't believe it conveys the message that I'm trying to send nearly as well.There are mathematical reasons not to counter a little bit below full price as well (at least for Americans)...but that's a separate discussion...
