Air BnB vs VRBO and others?

For years now I have been investing in real estate while sketching - playing with pastels - experimenting with charcoal and electronic art -----  (see me on Flickr) --- I have discovered that many of my investors friends are also creative in the arts and that creativity splashes over to real estate investing and development of creative real estate ideas and profits.A friend - Steve Ferrandi - a commercial broker is a poet, he has beautiful book called "Seared With Ink".So many dreamscontained within a handfull of cornspread under a pink sunriseto white chickenswalking on dewy grassin the fresh air of the countryby the man released from his Brooks Brothers suit.I though it be interesting to see what your art is ..... and share some ideas and maybe connect art and investing - what's your artful story?

Everett is a great place to look because once that casino hits, you're looking at people needing housing to work there or rent/Air bnb.

what about some good air tight contracts.

I am a native and came back once I got out of the Air Force.  

We install nest on all of our condos & homes so that we can control lights and air from the office.  

Not sure I want to list with MLS without the air being installed yet because its summer in Florida. 

I have property in Brazil besides Tampa and spent a year in Buenos Aires.

Hi @Kenneth Hung, call me paranoid or what ever but i work in private equity REOs during the last crash and its just what the market does, nothing stays in the air for ever everything must bounce we are not in a economic position to sustain this kind of grow and rates forever will it fall in the next 3 years probably not so buy away just know when to cash our or what to buy SD i think is one of the best markets to hold property but will see somebody correct me if i am wrong
