I have the LLC setup and we are getting ta proper web presence planned as well as studying.

Same thing with web leads - a single CLICK can cost your $25 and each completed form $150+.

I will check it one day when I get up there early.I did find a local Attorney web site who does it all Title Insurance, Title Reports, O&E reports and all but in the description of each service seen nothing mentioned about finding easements.

Not today - new leads are almost 100% web origin.We also had a mandatory 1 hour meeting on Friday morning (endless lectures about cleaning up the sink) and mandatory broker's tours every Friday lasting 3-4 hours.Yes, stay in touch with the market, but a broker's tour every 8 weeks is sufficient for that.The total non-productive time?

Hi Michael,I'm a perfectionist just getting started myself :-) I don't have too much experience yet but will share some of my impressions so far from working on a direct mail campaign for several months … 1) I did make a website, since I do think it adds branding value (I'm also into web dev and graphic design), and also bc I thought we might find some postcard recipients who would prefer to fill out a web form initially rather than making a phone (of course, those are likely to be less serious).  

I go through every foreclosure auction listing as well as scour the web trying to find deals. 

Surfed about this start-up on the web and opinions are strongly different.
