I am new to investing, we have taken a couple of steps to get us on to setting up our organization. I have the LLC setup and we are getting ta proper web presence planned as well as studying. I will start to network more I can't tell you how much I appreciate BP. We did the three day guru thing, and in some ways for me it was worth it. I was able to get the ideas of working the numbers and walking away if the number doesn't work, and several good stratigies that I've seen since.

I was so caught up in the end though that I really wanted to spend big dollars for the next training. Thankfully we really couldn't do that at the time, but let me tell you those guys were exceptionally good at their job of selling training; we all thought it was our idea to spend from $19k to $40k for this next session. Not once did anybody pressure in a straight forward manner that course sales. So when you hear don't get sucked in, let me tell you it's harder to say no to yourself at one of those guru events than to shell out forty grand of hard cash. Listen to these guys at BP, from what I've learned so far, the best thing is they honestly want to network and share, the successful people here are fantastic! Joshua, thank You for this opportunity I will be more involved and hope to be a good networker and investor. I know I've been reading and learning from the discussion from the alert words and this is a lot of experience to learn from, but I will also be offering input where I can and asking question when I don't get it.
