First and for most I am thankful for my employment but I am tired of working for someone else and giving them financial freedom.

My credit was 730 and I have prime rate on my vehicles and make decent money.  

Now the landlord has to spend money to fix a place they are tired of having.

My lease stipulates boats and other vehicles may not stored on the premises.  

But you also have a $300k retirement account, a $20k vehicle, $10k stashed in a mutual fund, $75k in equity in another rental property, and $25k in other misc assets.

Sometimes the combo may cause some conflict of interest where they are hoping you get tired of the headaches long enough to sell so they can make a commission.  

Even before looking at the house, I think they were mainly tire kickers anyway!
