Investors in Wisconsin
My husband and I started to buy rental property in 1991 in Michigan's Upper Peninsula - specifically, Escanaba. We moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin in 2004 and are thinking of retiring in the next few years.
We are finding it too much of a challenge to manage the rentals from a distance.
We have three buildings - two duplexes and one single family. While not the most impressive buildings, we are almost consistently 100% occupied bringing in $1,850 per month between them.
