IMO, an agent is more valuable to me by bringing me the buyer than listing my property in the MLS.

I think the best workout and one that people generally neglect in lieu of going to the gym and lifting or running is sport.Go walk a few holes of golf everyday, play some tennis, take a walk with your spouse, play some sports with your kids, etc.

We bid out our most valuable positions to Indians willing to work for 30% of what people in The States will work for.
