Do you guys do individual zones for each room?

In normal condo building, individuals own each units, condominium by definition is not own by one individual  

Hey all,I know this subject has plenty of posts in here but some of it wasn't clear to me and everyone's situation is unique.

Determine this target market’s needsEach specific target market will have its own unique needs.

The individual suggesting that was new to real estate, a new mortgage originator and clearly without financial compliance knowledge.

If I find good people for each of the individual jobs, I don't need a Turn-Key provider.

Further, create a unique brand guideline document like your company’s unique tagline, logo, messages, etc. to portray your business.

And you pretty much need servicing of the note as the new regs make it almost impossible for the individual to do it by the book themselves.

It may be baseless, but I much prefer taking away a layer of stuffy professionalism.....especially when I am sharing my intimate financial details with an individual. 

How should I present myself over the phone before I go to the probate office to get the leads; how do I actually talk to the individuals who work at the clerks office and receive the leads with little to no trouble; how do I get these leads so I can begin my journey to successful wholesaling?
