I would assume that most everyone here is at least familiar with Scott Trench's Set for Life, but if not, simply put it is broken into three different phases of achieving financial freedom.

Like if they are an hour past the time go file for eviction otherwise you will be on here in 3 months writing a post entitled I bought a property 3 months ago at a tax sale and I still haven't gotten possession. 

It is in good shape with three year old roof and electrical upgrades.

Our daughter has made the Honor's List the last 2 semesters and has matured real well and she works about 20 hours per week to help us out. 

I have a wife and three kids, and have been in the Air Guard for 17 plus.

Serve a 24-hour notice to vacate and get them out of there.
