What's up guys, I am Ryan. Stumbled upon the site after I found J Scott's book on Amazon. I am on my third personal residence and I basically moved up by buying the first two cheap and improvising them and selling for profit. Then I thought, why not flip some houses. I have a wife and three kids, and have been in the Air Guard for 17 plus. Main job is working at a power plant, but am very passionate about giving real estate a go. Jim Rohn and Eric Thomas have been keeping me disciplined and ready to go. Have been also researching wholesaling big time. Anyhow I think I am beginning to ramble.
