The worst thing is we found out one of the house got squatter and as a property management company, ABC not even take any response or even say don't know who the squatter is.ABC is still having businesses and I know there are over 50 owners are the victims of this company.

The tenant texted me a couple days ago and stated “we have not lived in the house for two weeks, but I still have a table in the garage and a lamp and some **** there.”Should I return to the home now to get the ball rolling and get this place re-rented by doing some repair work or just wait until everything is removed/ the whole process is done with?

ask  lender if there is a value  reconsideration process that can be done ….if there is - you normally need to  provide factual  information about any  errors on the appraisal and also   sales  comparables you feel that should be used that the appraiser  didn't use or  missed …….also  worth noting - often appraisers  will try to " bracket a propertys value  meaning  trying to locate a  nicer comp /  an inferior comp and a similar comp …...so maybe the  other comps  found / used  created this lower figure ?
