But the aggravation to the neighboring tenant is enormous I can tell.Also to add info for the subject, I do not have "guest stay" policy in the lease.

@Robert Taylor If it gives you any solace, our property tax rate is comparable to what you endure in Milwaukee, and our property prices are 2-3 times what you find on the western shore of Lake Michigan {@Dawn Anastasi has been subjected to my grousing about this before}... yet your rents are 75% of what we can expect for a similar offering.

It's important to note that one can have different criteria for different properties as long as it's consistent for a given property, subject to LL policy changes in a multi where those changes may have to be implemented over time as leases expire.You obviously don't have rental property in Texas.
