I'm an industrial engineer by trade, and we are always focused on figuring out a fast or efficient way to get things done, so I'll try and write here in the forums about any new and unique analysis or paperwork methodologies I come across in the near future. 

My other option is I can attend a much cheaper school only about 15k a year and go for engineering and come out of college get a high paying career.

I currently work as a structural engineer but now looking to transition into real estate investing.

I currently work as an electrical engineer for the pulp and paper industry, it’s been a rewarding 6 year career but I’m craving self sufficiency for myself and family.

I'm lucky to live in a very small city with an insane rental market driven primarily by a huge college (WSU) and a large engineering company.

I've recently escaped from an engineering school in Florida to the warm embrace of the real south to pursue a career in "not crashing million dollar government owned aircraft."

And that piece of mind will hopefully cure the "grass is greener" syndrome.Anyway, I'm an engineer with a few rehabs under my belt and I manage 4 units myself.  

You all can obviously tell that this is still new to me but real estate is something that has always fascinated me even more so than engineering, which is my current occupation.

The algorithms for the website search engine may turn up all delinquent taxes as "pre-foreclosure".
