I noticed an edgy, disturbed man and a visibly distressed female college student.

I'm looking at a property in Los Angeles next to a University to be rented for students.  

Looking for advice:Currently own 1 home 65,000 owed value approximately 110,00- 125,000. (4 bedroom 1 bath slab home) Husband and I have about $30,000 debt otherwise (cars, cards, student loans).

I am currently a student at CU in Boulder, Colorado.

I live in the bay area as a full time student at UC Berkeley.

 - credit score of 695- a yearly income of $85000 and in my career 8 years- a DTI of 18% that includes CC, student loans, and a Bank credit builder loan- 1 negative, a bankruptcy 18 months agoWith my financial history how possible is it for me to receive the Homestyle Loan?

I had to have my parents on the loan due to me being a full time student and the money I get from the GI Bill not count as income.  

Like your standard late-20s, I've got student debt and a meagre savings (I support my parents as an additional monthly expense) and I'm just wanting to learn before taking the plunge.
