Very low vacancy rates, quiet neighborhood and quality residents are making things relatively simple right now.  

I need assistance evaluating the land that a mobile home is sitting on, the lots are zoned for multifamily, the property is just outside a mobile home park.

The focus is on the growth and returns of the business and not the land it sits on.Occasionally a business will want to own the land instead if they see it as a very long term location 40,50 years etc.
