I know that you can find a lot of templates for real estate documents online, but I'm not totally comfortable just ripping something off the internet and hoping that it would hold up in the event of a lawsuit.

Very odd and creepy...Would love to hear if anyone has dealth with something similar or how to safeguard against that.
