You have to check the installation manual for the furnace for this; there is a limit to how many elbows and how long of a pipe you can use.Some manufacturers have an outside vent cap (example:http://www.myhvacparts.com/store/media/products/ba... ) that has sort of a coarse screen or some bars over the pipe opening, but not so fine that they're likely to freeze.There is another style, called a "concentric vent", that has one pipe running inside the other, so you only need one hole in the wall.

Many contractors want to sell you fancy windows to make a larger margin but to meet code you just need to put up some type of shutters, for my rentals I use the wall anchors and cut and labeled 1/2" plywood option.

Or foreclose on your LLC interest, or liquidate your single-member LLC, in states that permit those remedies.Well I like to see some law or case that awarded someone involved in a personal auto accident where the LLC had nothing to do with it yet and plantifs attorney was able to pierce the corporate wall with a charge order or foreclosure on a member or members interest?

So, if you do an land trust, ownership should still be a corp. entity.Again, these are just my thoughts, everyone would be very wise to retain a good attorney that knows the law in your state.

BIG MISTAKE....2 months later they were late and late every month until 7 months later when I had to evict which was the middle of January so by the time I washed all the freshly painted walls and cleaned the once spotless house out and got it rented again I had lost over $3k so I don't think the extra little bit you charge for deposit is worth it.
