There were a couple caveats to that program from what I remember though.  

Just remember this is a sales career and totally different than being a doctor.

I built a system, and I constantly need to remember to stick to it, or the idea of the system is pretty worthless.

He needs to sign a roommate off lease agreement and she signs that also, and the security deposit is listed as it stays on account with the remaining tenant.FYI,, in MN a person with a Domestic Abuse Case can give notice and basically vacate FAST, with proof of the case regardless of lease term, all that's required is that rent is paid up until date they leave, no penalty. ( if I remember correctly).Which stinks for landlords.. but protects the victim from continued abuse and the abuser from finding out where they moved to, and keeps them from returning to harass. 

I remember combing through the MLS and finding properties with decent numbers.I'd be interested to get your opinion on that area of P-Burg.

They may have low priced sellers/buyes they don't want to work with and they make refer them to you.Just remember, you don't get what you don't ask for.Best of luck!

Hi Everyone,My husband owns a handyman business and in the last week we have gotten text messages (which are not uncommon for our customers), however the 3 texts I am referring to are scams and I just wanted to share with other contractors so that you are aware.Each of the 3 texts started out asking about a specific service our company offers such as one was hardwood floor install, and the third pressure washing, don't remember what the second one was without looking.The first one gave me a red flag when I asked where they found out about our company when they gave me a website our company is not listed on, but I played along to see where they were going with this.

You just gotta remember it is a rule of thumb.  

Remember that rent is late at 12:01 AM on the second of the month (assuming rent is due on the 1st).

Remember that my business is still less than two years old and the income from my rentals is not yet considered income by the bank.
