Best way for direct mail?
Hey all,
I'm finally set up with a broker as a new agent and ready to get going. One of the things I'd like to do is set up a direct mail campaign to get my name out within my neighborhood.
There are about 1600 houses I want to target in a personal way (howdy neighbor! type of marketing). What service do you guys use? Cost? Any help would be appreciated! I'm out and about in the neighborhood quite a bit but have as a 25 year old, my circle of influence is still getting ramped up.
Cheers
