Hi everyone. Just wanted to quickly introduce myself and hopefully network with individuals near and far. I've been a long time lurker on BP, I listen to the podcast weekly and read the forums constantly. No time like the present to jump in and be more active within the community. 

A little about me. I was born and raised in Northwest NJ, Warren County to be exact. My wife and I recently welcomed our son into the world a few months back, and BP has been a go to place to check out during the 2am wake ups. Currently, I am a licensed Realtor in New Jersey for the past four years. I work a full time job and do real estate on a part time basis but my long term goal is to flip that around and do real estate full time. At the moment, I am interested in buying my first property in my local area and would love to network with some individuals on several deals I've analyzed, I'll be sure to post in the Deal Analysis forum in the next day or two. 

In addition to buying my first investment property, it would be an honor to be able to work with investors looking to find deals in Northwest New Jersey. For anyone that isn't aware, my corner of NJ ranges from urban to rural, affluent to working class, depending on where you look. Literally something for everyone and also for different investing strategies. Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
