After what feels like an eternity and a bout of Paralysis by Analysis I've sent out my first set of mailers to absentee owners in my area the last tho weeks.I've received a few of calls from landlords with tenants in their properties, that are trying to feel out how much a buyer (me, after all, I did tell them I want to buy their house) is willing to pay for their property.According to the owners of these properties, it seems as if the properties are in "great" shape.
