As we have all been hearing, the market is/ has seemed to rebound from the past crash and some feel that in certain areas of the country it is becoming over reaching. What are some investors opinions on their part of the country and where does the market stand there? The news can be a very misleading information guide to anything going on in the world today.

In my little farm area of Syracuse, New York. The market is very steady with not much fluctuations. Sellers are receiving around market value for their homes and there are more houses being sold but nothing extreme for sure. This area is a very affordable place to live but it comes with not much appreciation, job growth or population growth.
