You can receive maintenance requests and upload receipts and pictures and export the info to other software for taxes.

I just received the list for city owned vacant land in my city.. how do I wholesale vacant land, & will the city give me 7 days contingency for inspection so I can market the the land to a end buyer??

The 8 unit on Dayton Blvd gets my attention because Red Bank is on an upswing and it's right on the main drag.  

What makes the Sensi nice, is that it works without the C wire by grabbing power from the unit that is not operating.If the A/C is going, then it grabs power from the furnace wire and vise versa.
