US Bank Foreclosure Response Time
Hello all, new to the foreclosure market and had a few questions. We placed an offer recently on a foreclosure that has been on the market for a little over a month. When we placed the offer we received a notice from our realtor a few hours later that the bank was looking for our highest and best, we came up some and changed the terms for a quicker closing and shorter time period for inspection. It has been a few days since we submitted the offer and are approaching the deadline we also put in on the offer.
Does anyone know if they sometimes take a few days to get back (most likely waiting for other offers) or if they simply do wish to accept our offer or if there actually is other offers.
Thanks!
