Does anyone know how much it costs to maintain the license is after you've received it (continuing education, renewals, etc)?

There is not a lot of inventory on the MLS, courthouse foreclosures are going for retail prices, and homeowners are receiving 10 letters from different investors.  

They hold the funds, sign the contracts, issue funds for expenses and receive income from the investments - all for the benefit of your IRA.  

No one has to know your home address as you are acting as a business and once you establish the LLC you'll already have a box for receiving responses from clients and or businesses etc.

I was literally handing a check to the inspector when I received the call from the loan officer with the bad news.  

Provides that properly completed renewal application forms and filing fees must be received by the Secretary 30 (was 60) days prior to the license expiration (was renewal) date to be timely received.

I just refinanced to get a lower rate and am now looking at the buy and hold strategy to have income so I can retire early or at least retire with still receiving passive income.  

I appreciate the networking messages I received but is there a different forum for the above posts or am I in the right place?

He's a real estate agent btw. so if it goes like he says, I would be receiving a monthly payment of $800, which includes tax/ins. 

Making a friend a lot more money than they were getting previously - Last year was my first year to attempt a JV Partnership on flips and it feels extremely rewarding making a silent partner money that they would have never expected/received from traditional investments.
