Hi Bigger Pockets Family

I am Jonathan Rivera from the cold when it's cold and hot when it's hot New York City.  I was born and raised in Brooklyn and purchased my first property in Woodside, queens in 2010.  I just refinanced to get a lower rate and am now looking at the buy and hold strategy to have income so I can retire early or at least retire with still receiving passive income.  Any questions about New York and I will be glad to help.
