If they have billboards around town, wrapped vehicles, salesman, then you are just paying premium prices because they have a lot of overhead.My advice if you don't want to DIY is this:1st.

, do you find these homes using mls, I have to admit im not in real estate or even never invested in homes but have full access to MLS and im intrigued in real estate investing, im currently in the vehicle business, my brother owns a used car dealership here in Phx, az.

I didn't think to consider other investment vehicles like that to put it into perspective.

Learn both investment strategies, invest your money 50/50 into each vehicle, and see what happens.

It’s been a kick to my shins whenever I think of it but I knew that going into it. ( To help recoup from this downside I plan to convert the depreciating vehicle into an appreciating dwelling by removing the axle/wheels and all things that make it mobile - And to build a foundation for it that is permanent) I believe someday soon I will have a good property in which a converted RV can be a incredible looking guest house in the back.
